South Simcoe Basketball Club Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any program or activity with the South Simcoe Basketball Club (the “Club”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in all Club activities, including practices, games, and events.

2. Registration and Fees

Registration for programs is subject to availability and the Club’s policies. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the program’s specific terms. Payment schedules and methods are outlined in the program registration materials.

3. Conduct and Behavior

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the Club.

4. Liability

The Club strives to provide a safe environment for all participants. However, participation involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and assume these risks. The Club is not liable for any injuries sustained during Club activities, unless caused by the Club’s negligence.

5. Waivers and Releases

Participants must complete and sign a waiver of liability form before participating in any Club activity. This form acknowledges the inherent risks of participation and releases the Club from liability for any injuries sustained.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct, which emphasizes respect, sportsmanship, and fair play. A copy of the Code of Conduct is available upon request.

7. Modifications

The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Club’s website.
